This is a 4 tier rosette based on the Ebony range but with a wide Outer tier. Matching Colour for the Star points and Outer tier creating a Startling effect. Using only Black or White Box pleated ribbon. Rosette Diameters : 16cm (6.5"). This rosette comes with 3x32cm (3"x12") long and 36mm (1.5") wide tails. Variable Tail combinations are available.
