• VAT will NOT be charged, therefore the prices you see are the prices you pay.
• In the event of any price changes, advanced warning will be given where possible and goods will be charged at the prices ruling on the delivery date.
• We may need to substitute materials or colours but only in an emergency.
• Please Note: All measurements quoted are approximate and for your guidance only.
• Please order as early as possible to allow us time to fulfil your order and deliver in good time prior to your event. Orders placed less than 15 working days prior to delivery cannot normally be personalised with the event names etc. but of course stock rosettes can be supplied.
• For orders placed by Post you are welcome to 'Phone and check their safe arrival'. Telephone orders will be repeated back to you in detail. After confirmation of the order details the order will be accepted. Errors or omissions must be made within 2 working days or the order will be processed as is.
• Any alterations or additions to an order after processing and printing may incur extra resetting/print charges.
• Payment is expected within 14 days of the receipt of invoice, unless a prior arrangement hes been agreed. Payment not received within this period may incir extra charges.
• Minimum order £6.00p.
• Postage: Minimum charge £3.00p (Average £10.00p).
